About Anchor Internal Medicine
Anchor Internal Medicine was founded by Shannon Kazman, NP and David Martin, NP, two experienced nurse practitioners who believe healthcare should always be personal, respectful, and rooted in trust.
Between us, we bring years of experience in primary care, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, interventional radiology, cardiology, and surgical services. That broad background allows us to see the full picture of each patient’s health — not just a single symptom or condition.
After working in larger healthcare systems, we wanted to build something better: a place where patients are truly heard, respected, and cared for. At Anchor, every visit matters. We take time to listen, explain, and partner with you on your health journey.

Our Services
At Anchor Internal Medicine, we provide comprehensive primary care for adults (no psychiatric care), focused on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness. We take the time to listen, explain, and make sure every patient feels seen and understood.

Routine physicals and annual wellness visits
Hormone Replacement Therapy - for men and women (including Biote implants)
Acute care for minor illnesses and injuries
Preventive screenings and lab testing
Medication management and refills
Health education and lifestyle support to promote lasting wellness
Hormone pellet implants (Biote)
Steroid joint injections
Cryotherapy
On site lab services
Point of Care testing for flu/strep/Covid
Cyst incision and drainage
Cyst removal (epidermal)
Therapeutic phlebotomy
Urinalysis
DOT physicals (September 2026)

Insurance & Payment information
At Anchor Internal Medicine, we believe quality care should be accessible and straightforward.
We proudly accept all PPO insurance plans, including Medicare PPO programs. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, please give our office a call — our team is happy to confirm your benefits before your visit.
For patients without insurance, we offer a cash pay option at $125 to establish care with the practice and $95 for all subsequent visits (does not include procedures).
Please note: We do not currently accept Medicaid plans.
Our goal is to keep things simple and transparent, so you can focus on your health — not the paperwork.
